This is what we call a LIFE CHANGER!

Clint and I are enjoying a wonderful relaxing Saturday with Keegan and Bella. We have ran a few errands and now we are at home watching football (of course- Ohio State Buckeyes are on). This week has definitely been a crazy one, for both Clint and myself. However this week was a special week for myself. I reached a goal that I thought would never be reached.....that was before AdvoCare!

AdvoCare came into our lives in July.  We had been seeing information about it 2 months prior but really didn't believe the things being said and thought that we could make a lifestyle change on our own. Since having Keegan in March my body definitely was not where it use to be! So I tried to"eat healthy" (or so I thought) and do some sort of exercising. Nothing was changing! So I approached my friend Dana at my cousins wedding about what this was and if it was real! She told me absolutely and after talking more about it with her (bless her heart...I had so many questions) From that moment on we were SOLD!

We started our first challenge on July 13th and finished 8 lbs lighter with energy that I didn't know what to do with! We continued on the products and I continued to lose weight...some weeks better then others but we continued on. I have now lost 20 lbs and am in pants I didn't think I was going to be able to fit into again after having Keegan. With these products we realized quickly we had done an overhaul in our house to help us become healthier.

I have felt the urge to write and tell about my journey because I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to feel this great!
